NYPD v. USCG v. FDNY
I originally planned to go get a haircut in the morning, and then head over to ground zero and walk down to battery park. Well, the haircut salon I usually go to was closed, and my plan broke down from there. Instead of going to the WTC Memorial, I went over to the World Financial Center’s Winter Garden instead and walked down the walkway by the Hudson river. Where I got those pictures.
NYPD: All splash and no guns.
The U.S. Coast Guard…biggest (only) guns and the smallest boats.
