‘Fire’ at 400 Clinton Avenue

Got roused by the noise of a lot of fire trucks last night, I streamed the Brooklyn EMS Scanner, turned out there was a report of a fire at 400 Clinton Avenue, which is 3 blocks away from where I live. Naturally, I went to check it out. The top two floors were smoking by the time I got there, but there weren’t any signs of a visible fire.
