Project Hope Thrift Store II
I went back to the Project Hope Thrift Store in Fort Greene/Clinton Hills last weekend, and I remembered to go down to the basement this time. Like I expected, it was filled with books and glasswares, and it even had a big bin of old film cameras. There was a camera with a roll of film still inside, and I was so tempted to buy it, develop the film and see what’s there, but since the film was never rolled back into its cartridge, it was probably exposed beyond help, and so I left it there.
I also found this whiskey barrel shaped cigarette holder that reminded me of Mad Men, almost bought it too, but it wasn’t cheap, and I have no use for a cigarette holder since I can’t smoke indoors.
