So, I’m finally back. A short summary of what I’ve been up to since May: Worked at an all-girls summer camp up in Maine, had a blast (even though I didn’t eat any lobster), learned how to play the guitar, water zipped for the first time, and went to Acadia National Park and finally photographed the Milky Way.
Nature’s the primal inspiration for so many things in our lives. Check out this lookbook video for Caroline’s Spring 2013 collection (and her blog, albeit that’s barely alive, An Abstract Noun). If you like it, go to her blog/vimeo and let her know!
As for myself, more apologies for not keeping up with my blog and my urban adventures, but I’ll be going up to Maine in a couple of weeks, and I’ll be there for two months, so expect lots of nature & landscape photos then.
Got roused by the noise of a lot of fire trucks last night, I streamed the Brooklyn EMS Scanner, turned out there was a report of a fire at 400 Clinton Avenue, which is 3 blocks away from where I live. Naturally, I went to check it out. The top two floors were smoking by the time I got there, but there weren’t any signs of a visible fire.
